The club’s priority task was the establishment of a football school, which would ensure quality planned work with young football players in the long term, by training its own staff for the future. The task was accomplished and the club can boast of a high-quality football school for all young selections, led by very good and well-educated coaches. In the tough economic conditions, it is extremely difficult to secure funding sources for all sports industries in Ravne and in the country.
Examples from the surrounding area and beyond show us that only persistent, systematic and high-quality work with young people can bear fruit and ensure appropriate results. The goal of our work is to train cadet and youth teams that would constantly compete in the 1st Slovenian Youth League and be the basis for a member team that would regularly compete at least in the 2nd Slovenian League. SNL.
That is why we consider it a special success that we attracted a huge number of young people to the football fields, where they regularly practice the game and compete in all levels of competitions.
